Short version: we collect what we need to send you what you asked for, and nothing we sell.
| What we collect when you sign up | Your email address, which list you joined (rule-change alerts or the monthly newsletter), the market you asked about, your role if you choose to tell us, the page you signed up from, the time, and the country your request came from. |

| Why | To send you the alerts or newsletter you asked for, and to understand which markets and features people want. We don't sell, rent or share your information for others' marketing. |
| Where it's stored | Signups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Email you send us arrives in our inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. If we later use an email service provider to send newsletters, your email address will be shared with that provider only for that purpose. |
| Analytics | We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. |
| Cookies and local storage | We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. That setting never leaves your device. |
| How long we keep it | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Deleted signups are removed from our records. |
| Your choices | Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. |
| Changes to this policy | If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date below. |
